The Changing Skyline of Mumbai:

The population blast is more dangerous than any nuclear blast and to control it is also a very difficult task. Now, the Mayanagari of Bharat is facing this issue which created a measurable condition of space. But, here I saw a great innovation that will surely change the situation in an effective manner. Mumbai is known as the financial capital of India and has become an attraction center for a longer time. This city is also acknowledged as a trendsetter for lifestyle, fashion, food and architecture as well in today’s days. Mumbai is now a perfect destination for corporate buyers, NRI’s and HNI’s who are wanting to invest in real estate or buying a home . This is the main reason find behind the change in the skyline of Mumbai.

Nowadays, a huge number of buildings has been towered up in the heart of the city which were middle-class settlements until a few years ago. Along with this, the growing demand for housing and high-end apartments from executives who are working for BPO, IT, Banks, Financial institutions, and MNC’s is inspiring the builders to construct top and premium properties thereby, several projects started from Mulund, Thane, Ghatkopar, Sewery, Andheri, Byculla, Kandiwali, Goregaon are in progress and a few are ready to offer state-of-the-art building and commercial complexes.

Owing to the rising demand, the middle-class settlement areas like Seweri, Parel and Lalbaug have been upgraded and equipped with high-rise towers by the builders. In fact, Lower Parel has become the center of the change where builders pulled down a number of old dilapidated structures and created glossy office buildings, sprawling malls and skyscrapers for offering niche residential and commercial places as well as the 65-story Indiabulls building became a newest & popular landmark of this area that is providing great private residences included with entire attendant luxurious at a price. Just a little distance away, Raheja Platinum and 75-story Jupiter Milestones etc. are shifting the Mumbai city ahead in the race of skyline across the nation.
In context with this, the majority of the developers and builders understand that these high rises are the most efficient solution to set the current large and growing population of Mumbai in a little area that occupies only 470 sq km. Although, these high-rises are a very expensive entity for the builders too but they found inspiration from the changed view of the buyers who are ready to give any price for their luxury and not ready to compromise with their amusements.
So, we need not worry about these issues, I think there is a unique solution for every problem and The Great Country Bharat has all the solutions.
